The first icon means;
No fork and knife. However, should you have a spoon, eating is allowed.
The second icon means;
No sleeping while lying on the floor. However, sleeping on the couch is allowed.
The third and last icon means;
No kissing in public. However, touching, petting and sexual behaviours are allowed.
